My cable/internet bill with Charter jumped from $65 to $93 because apparently some "promotional rate" I was getting has run out. I called and argued and threatened to switch to Knology if they didn't give me a better rate and I only managed to get them to knock off a few bucks a month... and it will run out in a few months and I will have to call and argue all over again!!
Anybody have any suggestions?? Cheaper service provider? Better arguing technique?

Go fr Direct TV or Dish Network. We have Dish and pay about what you're paying for cable, but we have tons of channels and DVR (which once you have you can't live without). It's perfect if you're a TV junkie like Husband and me.
